- "Recently, I visited this wonderful winery and was absolutely delighted! The owner, Felipe, gave me a detailed tour of his farm where he cultivates grapes, papayas, and coffee. It was the first time in my life that I saw coffee being cultivated, and I was very surprised. Then we moved to the cellar, where Felipe explained how they produce wine. Importantly, they do not use any chemical fertilizers or pesticides in the production process - all the wine here is organic and natural. It was very interesting and enjoyable to talk to Felipe, as he really knows a lot about wine and winemaking. He is a very friendly person and most of all, he really loves his craft. I can definitely recommend this winery, you will get a real pleasure not only from wine tasting, which is truly amazing with its unique flavor and volcanic characteristics, but also the communication and tour."
